For most weekend or busy season bookings, we recommend booking anywhere from 1-2 months to 5-6 months in advance for most private events.

For holiday bookings, we recommend 6-8 months, to 1 year in advance to get the best selection of options and price points.

However, we also happily book entertainment last minute as we understand sometimes events come together last minute or budgets increase to allow for live music.

Occasionally - even the best bands become available last minute due to unforeseen circumstances.
